Shipping, Return & Refund Policy
In the unlikely event of anything arriving damaged, please notify us at McAuley Scanlon Hair in writing or via email within 7 days (email@example.com).
We offer a 14 day return policy; the 14 days start from the day on which you receive your order. We will accept returned merchandise provided that it has not been opened or any security seals broken. A restocking fee of 10% of the item's value is payable for all items returned unless the item is faulty or damaged in which case no restocking fee is payable.
Please use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip. Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation from McAuley Scanlon Hair, please enclose a copy of the email in your return, we can not accept returns we know nothing about. When returning an item please use recorded delivery, we can not process refunds or replacements for items we never receive.
If you wish to return anything we must receive it within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund your credit or debit card the relevant amount less shipping and any restocking fee.
If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return we will pay for the return postage provided you have only used the lowest cost method of postage available.
Out of Stock Items
We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled and how soon we can get it to you.
