They will not form part of the contract with you and no warranty or guarantee shall be expressed or implied in the contract with you in this regard. All prices are subject to change, are quoted in Euro and are inclusive of VAT at 23% where applicable. All sale prices quoted are valid only while stocks last.

Purchasing Products

Prices are quoted exclusive of postage and packing, which will be charged at the rates specified in the delivery section on the product pages.

Where there is a delay or likelihood of delay in the supply of products, we will advise you as soon as possible. If the products cannot be delivered within 30 days of your order, we will notify you of this delay and you may either cancel your order or agree a further delivery time with us.

We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept any orders. Offers are subject to Terms & Conditions. If we email an offer this cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount code. You may cancel an order with us any time prior to dispatch. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the returns procedure and we will grant you a full refund excluding posting costs.

Use of Online Booking Service and Website

You may only use the Online Booking Service if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into binding contracts (our site is not available for use by minors). You may only use the Online Booking Service to make legitimate appointments.

We will use our reasonable commercial efforts to keep the Online Booking Service available on a 24 hour/7days a week basis, subject to necessary scheduled downtime for maintenance, unscheduled maintenance and system outages. Your access to our Online Booking Service may not be uninterrupted or available at all times. We cannot promise that our Online Booking Service will be error-free, that defects or errors will be corrected or that our site or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components. You will not use any device, software or routine that interferes or attempts to interfere with the normal operation of this site or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our computer equipment.

No-Show Policy

We are committed to providing superior quality services to our clients. Customers are asked to cancel any appointments that they will be unable to honour at least 24 hours in advance of their reservation. You must telephone the salon directly to cancel.

Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

In the unlikely event of anything arriving damaged, please notify us at McAuley Scanlon Hair in writing or via email within 7 days (info@mcauleyscanlonhair.com).
We offer a 14 day return policy; the 14 days start from the day on which you receive your order. We will accept returned merchandise provided that it has not been opened or any security seals broken. A restocking fee of 10% of the item's value is payable for all items returned unless the item is faulty or damaged in which case no restocking fee is payable.

Please use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip. Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation from McAuley Scanlon Hair, please enclose a copy of the email in your return, we can not accept returns we know nothing about. When returning an item please use recorded delivery, we can not process refunds or replacements for items we never receive.

If you wish to return anything we must receive it within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund your credit or debit card the relevant amount less shipping and any restocking fee.
If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return we will pay for the return postage provided you have only used the lowest cost method of postage available.

Out of Stock Items

We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled and how soon we can get it to you.

We consider your having made the appointment as consent to undertake this activity but, if you want, you may opt out at any time. Appointment ratings and reviews After visiting us we may send you an email or SMS asking you to rate our services and provide feedback. We consider your having received services as consent to undertake this activity but, if you want, you may opt out at any time.
